First, a great thank you for providing this information.  :)
I've copied it and am integratng it within the framework of what we already have. It will be sent to he main researchers who will probably get back to me with a number of questions. 2 jump out at me immediately.
1. At 17 Division there is a Spirescu listed as commanding in 1916. Any idea of a first name?
2. At 4 Division Ghinescu is shown bing wounded in June 1918. Do you mean 1917? And If you mean 1918, then a Marin Ionescu is shown in command beginning from April 1918. That would make both men in command at the same time from April to June 1918. Assumng Ghinescu is wounded in the big battles of 1917, who commands between June 1917 and April 1918?
