One of the people working with me i having problems finding info on the two generals above. Anyone know the birth dates of either or both?

Data about General Gheorghe Văleanu
Born in 1864
In 1884, he becomes a Second Lieutenant Sapper
He graduated from the Technical University from Paris and the Artilery and Sapper’s School in Fontainbleau
Come back to the country in 1889
In 1914 he was Commander of the 1ST Division
Before the war broke in 1916 he was Commander of the Bucharest Fortress, and he later commanded the 6th Army Corps as show on the list.
