@Ricardo, yes, I think bread bag buckles would be right!

Thank you! But those buckles that are marked on your fotgo red arrows are much smaller in size, and I have always found is made of iron, and never out of brass.

@Ricardo, then I don't know, I just wanted to help! I am just starting to learn about uniforms and my knowledge of accessories and equipment is limited. Maybe someone who knows Romanian WW2 equipment can tell you more!
